goldform provides form creation, publishing, submissions collection, collaboration features, exports, and optional integrations, including AI-assisted workflows.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Upload malware or interfere with service availability or security.
• Violate privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights of third parties.
• Bypass quotas, billing controls, or rate limits.

5. Customer Data and Responsibility

You retain responsibility for the content you create, collect, and process through the service, including obtaining all notices, consents, and permissions required by applicable law.

6. Integrations and Third-Party Services

The service may connect to third-party platforms (for example, Google). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or their availability.

7. Plans, Billing, and Add-ons

Paid plans and add-ons are billed according to the pricing and plan terms presented at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, recurring charges renew automatically until canceled.

Add-ons and subscriptions may expire at the end of the billing period if not renewed.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the service, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the rights needed for us to provide the service.
